I don’t know my account information or username

Please send an email to the corporate secretary/treasurer (Josh Shields) or fill out the online contact us form if you are unsure of your account info. Generally speaking, your username will be your corporate email address.

I forgot my password

Passwords can be recovered by clicking the “Request Password” checkbox and entering the email your account is registered with.

My company doesn’t have access!

Only companies designated as “Regular Members” have access to the member only sections of the website. “Probationary Members” are listed in the directory, but do not have access to any data other than their own account.

Who has access to the information that I post in the discussion area?

Each Regular Member company designates a list of personnel who can access the member-only sections and discussion forums. Only employees of a member company that are assigned to designated safety roles (Safety Manager, Safety Officer, ASAP/FOQA Gatekeeper, Safety Committee, etc) are eligible for access. Any employee that directly manages other operational line-employees are excluded from access by our Membership Agreement.

Can I receive a receipt for my membership dues?

Absolutely! Receipts should automatically be generated when your dues are paid and sent to the billing email address on file. If you did not receive your receipt or need another, please send an email to the corporate secretary/treasurer (Josh Shields) or fill out the online contact us form

What information is stored and how secure is it?

Member companies are required to provide a point of contact (Primary Representative), mailing address, email, and mobile phone number. These items are accessible by other NESRT Regular Members. Additional optional information and demographics for each department may be included in the Member Directory for the purposes of benchmarking.

NESRT does not store any payment information, but relies on the third-party Stripe payment system to facilitate payments.
